As the General Contractor, SACOCON was responsible for the entire project lifecycle, including:

Interior fit-out construction, MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning), sanitary equipment installation;

Structural reinforcement, technical infrastructure upgrades, renovation of ceilings, walls, flooring, and finishing works;

Construction management, progress control, quality assurance, and safety management throughout the project duration.
